RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

If something is not quite right you’ve got 21 days to send back your items.

Items purchased during the archive sale do NOT qualify for returns or exchanges.

We must receive your items within 21 days of you receiving it.

FREE UK RETURNS: All UK returns and exchanges are free.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: You must cover the cost of shipping your items back to us.

We offer a refund service given the following conditions:

  • All items must be unused
  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Items must be sent back and received within 21 calendar days from the date you received the order
  • You must contact us before to register your return, packages sent without contacting us may not be refunded
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable

Please include the following information:

  1. Subject: Return / Order # / Country /Name
  2. Product/s you wish to return
  3. Reason for return
  4. Your address

Please give our team 48 hours to respond to your request with next-step instructions. 

EXCHANGES

We gladly offer an exchange service if you wish to change size or colour in the UK, subject to us having the items in stock. The item which you wish to exchange must fulfil the same requirements as above for a regular return.

Exchanges requests must occur within 21 days of receiving the original order.

Register your exchange by emailing us at help@pillaclothing.com. Please include the following information:

  1. Subject: Exchange / Order # / Country /Name
  2. Product/s you wish to return and which item you wish to receive
  3. Your full address

Please give our team 48 hours to respond to your request with next-step instructions. 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

On the rare occasion that you receive the wrong item or a faulty product please contact us directly via help@pillaclothing.com.

Please include:

  • Subject: Faulty/Incorrect Item / Order # / Country /Name
  • Product/s issue is concerned with
  • Description of the problem
  • Picture evidence attachment of the issue (e.g. photo of fault or photo of the wrong item packed)

Please give our team 48 hours to respond to your email with a resolution and next steps.
