The three lines in the centre of our logo represent our view of the three PILLAs of wellbeing.

Movement. Mindfulness. Connection.

We don’t believe in a perfect balance between all three areas simultaneously. Rather, an acknowledgement of the need to invest in all of them.

MOVEMENT

Having a physical practice is the cornerstone of your wellbeing. Your body is designed to move. Run. Squat. Twist. Bend. Lift.

We are not dogmatic. But we believe a holistic movement practice encompasses strength, flexibility and cardio.

MINDFULNESS

For us, mindfulness represents living an examined life, filled with purpose and meaning.

We strive to be present in the moment. To be aware of our emotions. To make considered decisions.

Our greatest fear is living life on autopilot.

We practice meditation to connect with ourselves. We are both still on this journey, but it has transformed our lives. Undoubtedly.

CONNECTION

Deep, close, meaningful relationships give us purpose in life. PILLA is founded upon this - Rory and Ant have been best mates for over a decade.

Our aim is to nurture a community that connects guys from all backgrounds.
