RETURNS & REFUNDS

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER

Making a return is straight-forward, just head to our returns page.

RETURNS POLICY

If something is not quite right you’ve got 21 days to send back your items. We must receive your items within 21 days of you receiving it. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.

UK returns: All returns and exchanges are free of charge.

International returns: you must cover the costs of shipping your items back to us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 14 working days of it reaching our warehouse.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM

We will exchange your items for free, provided we have the item in stock. Please visit our returns and exchanges page to process your exchange.

UK Express: Next day 1pm.

UK Standard: 3-4 business days.

International

Please note these times are estimates and parcels can occasionally be held up at customs.

EU: 5-7 business days.

Taxes and duties are NOT included in your order. You are responsible for paying for these.

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE

We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries. For international we use the individual country's Royal Mail partner.

ORDERS

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

An email will be sent confirming your order has been shipped, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

WHERE IS MY ORDER

Sometimes things get lost, like your keys or your wallet. Please check the following before contacting us about your order:

  • Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
  • Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
  • Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from Royal Mail, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
  • Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf

Still no luck? OK, shoot an email to help@pillaclothing.com and we’ll send out Rory to hunt down your parcel and deliver it by hand.

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER

Once you’ve placed an order and it’s shipped, we cannot cancel or amend it.
